The First Opportunity is:

Joining CTCAR – Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® and Central Texas Commercial Association of Real Estate Professionals, Inc.

The CTCAR Associaiton provides our members with commercial real estate opportunities to earn continuing education credits, Property Information Exchange (PIE), luncheon programs, annual EXPO, property bus tours, and other great networking events.

Criteria: You may be a realtor or non-realtor/affiliate member at the CTCAR level.
(Affiliate members consist of Title Companies, Banks, Sign Companies, etc.)

The Second Opportunity is:

Joining CTCAR-X - Commercial Information Exchange

The Commercial Real Estate Information Exchange (Multiple Listing Service) is your solution for listing commercial properties in front of thousands of potential buyers through globally networked sources on the World Wide Web.

Criteria:
A. Individuals and firms holding a current, valid real estate broker‘s license that are capable of accepting and offering compensation to and from other participants.
B. Individuals holding a current valid real estate salesperson‘s license under and through a real estate broker capable of accepting and offering compensation to and from other participants.
C. Individuals who are licensed or certified by a state regulatory agency to engage in the appraisal of real property.
D. COMMERCIAL DEVELOPERS are allowed BASIC access.
