Below please find the agreed upon discount for CTCAR members in Austin:
- You will receive a rate of $125.00 (plus tax) per month/user instead of the normal
- $175/month/user rate (one year minimum service is required).
- We will also waive the $150 activation fee.
- Please be aware the billing cycles are either monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually and payment method is by Credit Card or by Bank Draft (ACH).
- Your billing will come from Xceligent.
To fill out your agreement for Xceligent just follow these instructions:
- Print out the Xceligent Agreement & Agreement Special Conditions Addendum
- Fill in all of the Subscriber Identification Information and the Credit Card or Bank Draft Information on page one of the Agreement (including either; Federal Tax ID or Driver License #)
- Sign the Agreement on the bottom of the first page
- Fill in the Subscriber information on the last page of the Agreement
- Initial the bottoms of each of the corresponding pages of the Agreement
- Sign the Agreement Special Conditions Addendum
- Then you can scan and email back all of the documents to Xceligent (dswanson@xceligent.com ) and I will forward them to our Business Development department for processing
- We will then assign you with your Login information as soon as you complete your “New Customer Training” with Doug Swanson or you can sign-up to do it on-line.
