Benefits for REALTOR Members

The purpose of Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CTCAR) is to provide products, programs and services as a resource to the member; enhance the commercial REALTOR® image and involvement in the community; and be the voice for commercial REALTORS® in the political and legislative arena.

REALTOR® Membership is for individuals who hold an active Texas Real Estate License or is a licensed Appraiser. Includes membership in CTCAR, Texas Association of REALTORS® (TAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).  If applying as a REALTOR® member, all licensees associated with the company or broker’s license are required to hold REALTOR® membership with a local association as well.
