The core purpose of Central Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS® (CTCAR) is to provide products, programs and services as a resource to those who engage in Commercial Real Estate.
CTCAR offers a PROFESSIONAL Membership for licensed (TREC) individuals who do not wish to be a full REALTOR member (which requires the Broker & all Agents to join). This membership type allows for single agent to join as desired.
This category of membership will provide Professional Members with networking opportunities through interactions with Commercial REALTORS & Affiliate members. This will help advance your career and business leads in commercial real estate transactions.
Dues are $150 per year and are pro-rated monthly + $35 application fee for new members.
